Lots of Goodies ... (and photos!!)

Hello there!!

Not alot has been going on in my house except for nappy changing, bottle feeds and seeing to 5 other childrens needs as it is the school summner holidays here!! Stitching shall resume on my own projects asap as I am upto date with exchanges and Round Robins!

But whilst you wait for me to actually have some stitching that I can show you here are some photos lol!!

Wednesday was my 43rd Birthday ...  I had a wonderful day and I was spoilt crazy by the children!!

My certificate came for passing a University qualification I did a while back.

I can now have Cert Comp Sci (open) after my name!!  How posh am I now? lol  Then I discovered yesterday that I had passed my second University qualification so I can use Cert HE (open) after my name once I receive that certificate ... 

My name will be Miss Heather C.... Cert Comp Sci (open), Cert HE (open), 

Hahaha I'll need a great big line when writing my name lol!!!  I am delighted with myself I will say that.  It might sound big-headed but I did work my little socks off so I think I have earned bragging rights!!!

The other day I was out running a few messages with Cara so we just had to have a quick pit-stop at the park :)

The slide was all she wanted to play on lol  My children amaze me sometimes lol The park was empty and she could have had her pick of anything and everything but no .... the slide was the 'toy' of the day lol

I am very sure that you would love to see a few more photos of my Grandaughter Abby lol

Gorjuss Exchange and Round Robins

Hello one and all!!

I hope everyone is well!!  I'm sure you can imagine that things have been madness and a complete routine changer in my house but hey ... we're loving it!!  Baby and Laura have settled in and my children just love their little new niece :)

I took part in the Gorjuss Exchange for on Mii Stitches blog and my partner to send too was Justine and I received from Mii ... I am totally delighted because its like my birthday has come 8 days early :)

Laura had a beautiful baby girl this evening :)   ... well I suppose that was really yesterday lol Born 27th June

Abby Jane was born at 5.15pm weighing 6lb 13oz :) She is wonderful xxx

I hope everyone is well!!  Still no sign of baby lol  By this Saturday, Sunday at the very latest the little bundle of joy shall be here :) :)

The little bundle can then help me celebrate my birthday in 2 weeks time lol

Update of the little happenings in my 'corner'

Hello hello hello!!

I hope you are all good, fit and healthy!!  Since I am stitching for exchanges I cannot show you what I have been up to in the needle and thread department in my life lol

BUT last week was fun fun fun!!

Laura and I went to Cara's sports day at nursery and we ha a good laugh!  Cara really enjoyed her sports day and she won lots of stickers for her jumper and she even came second place in a race :)  She really enjoyed the hustle and bustle of it all lol 

James had his last A-Level exam so he is now a Gentleman of Leisure lol  Well I have given him a list of jobs that need doing haha!!  I cannot believe that James has now finished school for good ... we are both getting old lol!!!

The there was Katie's sports day!!  She had a great time but unfortunately it started to rain heavy with one race to go :( 

Wednesday was Cara's 4th Birthday and she had a brilliant day!  When Laura and I collected her from Nursery she has the Nursery teddy bear to look after and to feed cake too lol!!

Doodles and Cara had lots of birthday fun!!  All in all an excellent birthday for our lovely little girlie :)

Monday the 16th also brings around the date that my Grandbaby is due :)  So anytime time the little one shall pop out and say Hello!!  We are all ready and waiting lol!!!

Oh Wow ... such delights!

Hello there everyone,

How are you all doing?  I hope everyone is well :)

Laura and I are such busy 'bunnies' so far this week and the week hasn't finished yet!!  lol

On Monday we went to the school for a fitting of the new PE kit and School jumpers as the school got a new supplier as the current one is a little on the mean side with the cotton to hold the garments together lol So at 2pm we took Cara and Katie for their fittings, then waited for the boys to come out of school at 3pm to do the same all over again for them haha!! Took us the best part of 2 hours but all PE kits and jumpers ordered and paid for so that's the big bulk of the uniform for September sorted already :) I've already got the new school coats for Cara and Katie ... yay to go me!!  Organised for once!!  Last year I saw lovely coats for them and by the time I went to get them they were all sold out ... lesson learnt!!  

Then Monday evening we went to a school meeting regarding Cara starting full time school in September and find out who her new teacher is!!  All great stuff :)

Tuesday we attended sports day for Mark which was great!  mark did super well!!
Providing the weather is good tomorrow we will be at sports day for Ryan and Conor :)  

Today we had a lazy day .... Laura is only 2 weeks away from her due date so I had to get her to slow down and take it easy!!  She has been charging about and helping with the kiddies and all the 'end of school' stuff that goes on in June!  Laura is an absolute star and its nice to have her company.  The school think the world of her too :)

I have been asked to stitch items for 3 of the classrooms :)  That's me sorted with summer stitching then lol

This Friday Cara goes to visit her new classroom and see her new teacher so that's another morning out of the house lol  By the time we have done all our morning activities its then time to pick Cara then Katie up and then the boys, so needless to say I haven't really had time to get my teeth stuck into my stitching but I have managed a few little things

A Few Flowers

A while ago I started off a Round Robin with a few close friends who I have known for years.  I got my RR back today and I am delighted :) Totally made up :) :) :)  I just need to take out the tacking and do a nice boarder around each design then I can skip to the framers :)

Once things settle down and we get back to the normal day-to-day activities I can get back to stitching my head off lol  PLUS getting ready for my Grandbaby to pop out and say hello!!  I can't wait :) :) :)

So please excuse my quietness but i promise I will be back asap to make twice as much noise to make up for it lol
