Debating with myself all afternoon ...

... over what to stitch  ... I will finish off the small things I have at the moment but then ... ???

HELP!

I am deliberating with myself on starting a smaller quicker project and in all honesty so I can actually start and finish something this side of Christmas lol

OR

Get stuck in with my Universe in a Jar HAED and keep going til its done even if my youngest is 21 years old before its finished (that gives me 19 years to finish lol)

OR

Carry on with my Fairy grandmother and do a few Margaret Sherry designs along side her, now I do love Margaret Sherry designs and I have missed them the last few years doing other things.

OR

Do all the above and have some fun regardless if I don't get much finished this year!!

I was even on the HAED site earlier looking at the mini charts and the quick stitch charts.  I'd be daft to start another one .... or would I?  lol :-)

With all that has gone on here I don't know if I should start fresh with my projects. I am now fed up looking at the ones I have on the go and sometimes they remind me certain past times that Id rather forget ... I started afresh with my life and thats taken off 100% in a fantastic new direction .... will my stitching do the same? ....

New life .... new projects with happy thoughts!

oooo what to do, what to do, what to do ...

  1. Stitch whatever takes your fancy. Stitching is supposed to be fun not torture. If stitching a little of everything is what you want to do, do it.

  2. I agree with Lesleyanne :) Take each day as it comes and stitch what grabs your attention at that time :) (It's what I do too when I have everything shouting at me LOL)

  3. well I would say stitch what ever you want to stitch on ... you may find your tastes have changed ... if not start something new and go back when you feel ready to stitch on the older pieces .... when all said and done it is supposed to be an enjoyable hobby :) love mouse xxxx

  4. I vote to put everything away for awhile and start out fresh! When you get tired of your new start(s), go ahead and pull out an old one and stitch on it for a little while. Have fun!
